As a Rigger Foreman, you'll be responsible for supervising rigging teams and overseeing a variety of offshore operations. Your leadership and operational insight will be key to maintaining safety and efficiency in challenging offshore environments. Key Responsibilities Include: Leading and coordinating rigging teams during offshore operations Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational standards Conducting pre-task briefings and safety checks Inspecting and maintaining rigging equipment and tools Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth execution of activities Promoting a safety-first culture and contributing to HSE initiatives RequirementsRequirements: Proven offshore experience as a Rigger Foreman Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET, Offshore Medical Certificate) Recognized rigging qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Versatility in handling different types of offshore rigging operations Ability to work internationally in multicultural teams Commitment to safety and operational excellence If you're an experienced Rigger Foreman and want to be considered for future offshore projects, submit your CV and certificates to join our talent pool.
