Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Area Sales ManagerYour Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.Own the ChallengeConduct regular visits to electricians (both existing clients and prospects) to foster long-term partnerships.Provide technical support for project planning and quotation preparation to drive sales.Introduce new products and technologies to electricians and suggest promotional initiatives.Visit regional wholesaler staff to share customer feedback, market trends, and product updates, while supporting project sales and promotional activities.Collaborate closely with colleagues to effectively manage the regional customer portfolio.Drive regional sales growth by positively influencing the entire sales process.What it takes to Run what Runs the WorldSolid technical foundation in electrical or building automation, supported by a Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.Proven track record in sales, particularly in low-voltage solutions or building automation-considered a strong asset.Persuasive negotiator and confident communicator with a tenacious, results-driven mindset.Energetic, mature, and structured in approach, thriving in complex and dynamic environments.Strong team player with the ability to independently manage time, priorities, and a client portfolio.Open to hosting evening information sessions and ideally based in or near East or West Flanders.What's in it for youWe give you the space to lead, the support to grow, and the chance to make a difference.
