You move confidently between strategy, creativity and business.Your roleYou are a driving force behind strong, clear brand strategies that create real impact across markets and cultures.You conduct in-depth research and interview key stakeholders to gain deep insight into brand challenges and opportunitiesYou design and facilitate workshops that inspire and lead to concrete outcomesYou translate insights into strategic advice that convinces and works in practiceYou develop distinctive baselines, sharp positioning statements and creative strategies that set brands apartYou write powerful and inspiring brand narratives that resonate across channels and marketsYou brief creative teams and safeguard the strategic direction throughout the development of brand identitiesYou engage and guide both B2C and B2B clients throughout the entire trajectoryYou present strategies and recommendations with confidence, in boardrooms as well as to larger audiences, up to C-levelYou step forward as a thought leader through keynotes, talks and presentationsTogether with account managers, creative directors and fellow strategists, you ensure projects stay on track in terms of quality, timing and budgetYour profileAs a Brand Strategist, you lay the foundation for brands that stand out and make a difference. Through thorough research and analysis, you develop propositions that redefine brands and strengthen their relevance.As a senior consultant, you understand your clients' business challenges and translate them into impactful brand strategies. You guide clients in making well-considered decisions around brand proposition, brand foundations and brand architecture.You have a clear vision on the future of brands and actively follow how technology, culture and creativity influence the field. You think critically about the role of AI within brand strategy and see it as a strategic tool, not a shortcut.You are both analytical and empathetic. You quickly connect insights and turn them into a compelling narrative, while feeling comfortable in environments where different cultures and perspectives come together. You act with integrity and conviction.You hold an academic Master's degree and have at least seven years of experience in brand, communication or creative strategy. You communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally, and enjoy speaking in front of groups to share ideas and inspire others.You are proactive and organised, guiding projects from idea to execution and taking responsibility for the bigger picture.
