Voor het beheer van onze AutoCAD-omgeving zoeken we een Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder die de perfecte balans vindt tussen technische expertise en het begeleiden van mensen.In deze rol combineer je jouw technische kennis met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden om de AutoCAD-toepassingen te optimaliseren en de gebruikers te ondersteunen.Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers van AutoCAD en andere applicaties. Je analyseert problemen, signaleert behoeften en zoekt naar structurele oplossingen.Je richt procedures in, denkt proactief mee over mogelijke risico's en optimaliseert AutoCAD-toepassingen. Je behoudt het overzicht over zowel de CAD-data als de Autodesk-applicaties.Je begeleidt en ondersteunt de gebruikers door het geven van trainingen en instructies bij nieuwe processen. Je bouwt je eigen expertise verder uit en deelt deze actief met anderen.Je maakt ook zelf tekeningen voor diverse infrastructuurprojecten, zoals schetsontwerpen , concessie tekeningen, signalisatieplannen,...Je neemt actief deel aan interne en externe overlegmomenten met stakeholders en leveranciers. Je voert functionele testen uit en toetst deze aan de behoeftes.Je bouwt je expertise verder uit over AutoCAD, ACC en andere softwaretoepassingenprofiel:Bachelor/HBO werk- en denkniveau met relevante opleiding en enkele jaren ervaring;Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van AutoCAD en een goed technisch inzicht. Affiniteit met andere softwaretoepassingen en applicaties is een pluspunt;Kennis van IT-systemen en infrastructuur; Je behoudt het overzicht, werkt gestructureerd en richt processen zorgvuldig in.Jij bent een persoon die houdt van structuur, precisie en samenwerking.Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en de aanleg om anderen te begeleiden en te trainen.Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen en bent leergierig om je expertise uit te bouwen.Je werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en externe partijen om tot de beste resultaten te komen.Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het NederlandsJe bent bereid om 1 à 2 x per week vanuit ons kantoor in Gent te werken
