Je recherche pour un de nos partenaires un Senior Tech Lead pour piloter la formalisation et le déploiement d'un Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) au sein de ses équipes techniques. Votre missionCartographier les pratiques actuelles de développement et de QA.Concevoir et déployer un SDLC structuré (RUP, Agile, DevOps, ITIL).Accompagner les équipes : coaching, ateliers, bonnes pratiques et documentation.Définir les KPIs de maturité et accompagner la création d'OKRs produits.Contribuer aux comités de pilotage et travailler avec Architecture, Dev, Infra, SecOps, ITSM. Votre profil10+ ans en développement + rôle de lead développeur.5+ ans en leadership technique / gouvernance / support aux équipes.Maîtrise des architectures logicielles, méthodo Agile & RUP, CI/CD, tests, gestion des versions.Excellente pédagogie, capacité à fédérer, communication fluide.Bonus : connaissance ServiceNow et expérience en QA.
