Due to our rapid growth, JH Partners is looking for its next sales superstar to join as a (Trainee) Recruitment consultant, in its office in Brussels (Ixelles)JH Partners is the world's first AI driven recruitment agency, a Brussels-based recruitment company, with the ambition to become the world's most profitable staffing company.This will happen through a mix of exceptional knowledge from its founders, great team, strong financial resources, know-how, a culture built on success, meritocracy and hard work, as well as being at the forefront of the AI Agentic revolution.The company- Sales ethos company, specialized in the recruitment of financial profiles- Implementing an AI agentic platform to automate administrative tasks and increase efficiency- In a start up phase: growing from 5 to 6 staff- Strong growth plan: 2 next regional offices (Antwerp and Luxembourg) scheduled for 2026.Your Job- Manage the Full cycle of recruitment from Finding clients, developing a relationship with them, understanding their needs to do the same with candidates, matching both together until the successful placement of the job/hiring of the candidate.- Together with a colleague, manage a candidate and client portfolio in a niche, such as accountants in Brussels- Business Development by telephone, videoconference and Face-To-Face- Contract NegotiationYour Profile- Bachelor's degree or up- No prior experience needed, sales experience is a plus.- Fluent English and French and/or Dutch, any other languages is a plus- Driven, ambitious, hardworking personality.- Eager to learnYour offer- Competitive Base Salary+ Monthly Unlimited Commission.- Full Training program given by the founder with 20 years' experience in the field- 5 days a week in the office- Office with excellent location in Ixelles: easily accessible by train (Etterbeek station), metro (Delta), Bus (71) or car (entrance of E411 and ring)- Amazing office space with all the modern amenities: canteen, fruit basket, games room (kicker and darts), shower, coffee shopInterested?
