Scaffolding Coordinator – Prestigious European Project (Belgium-Antwerp)Required Technical and Managerial QualificationsA Scaffolding Coordinator (to be hired as a subcontractor/contractor) to support our site operations. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all scaffolding requests from the construction teams are properly communicated to the scaffolding subcontractor, tracked, and verified on-site.Key Responsibilities:*Collect scaffolding requests from site teams (E&I, mechanical, civil, etc.) and communicate them clearly to the scaffolding subcontractor.*Maintain a scaffolding request log (open items, priority, target dates, status updates, completion confirmations).*Follow up daily with the scaffolding subcontractor to ensure requests are planned and executed on time.*Verify on-site that scaffolding requests have been completed correctly and are fit-for-purpose (as requested).*Support scaffold access and readiness checks for ongoing construction activities.*Participate in scaffolding coordination meetings, represent site demands, and ensure clear action ownership.*Coordinate between construction supervisors, HSE, and scaffolding subcontractor to resolve constraints and avoid delays.*Ensure scaffolding works comply with site safety requirements and permit-to-work expectations.Required Qualifications & Experience:*Proven experience in scaffolding coordination on industrial construction sites.*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple scaffold requests simultaneously.*Hands-on site presence and ability to verify execution in the field.*Ability to work with subcontractors and drive progress through follow-up and clear communication.*Good level of English communication (spoken and written).*VCA volume certificate*Valid EU work or residence permit.
