Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager – Hyperscale Data CentreLocation: Farciennes, BelgiumAbout the CompanyWe are supporting a leading international consultancy delivering some of Europe's most complex and high-value hyperscale data centre programmes. The business operates at the forefront of mission-critical construction, partnering closely with global technology clients to provide commercial and project certainty across large, multi-discipline developments. Their teams are embedded within major programmes, working collaboratively across design, construction, and delivery to manage cost, risk, and value on technically demanding infrastructure projects.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial leadership across the civil, structural, and architectural packages of a hyperscale data centre project. The role requires strong experience in pre- and post-contract cost management, tender evaluation, contractor payments, change control, and final account negotiation. This position is firmly CSA-focused and suited to a QS who has operated on large, technically complex, high-value projects.ResponsibilitiesLead commercial management across CSA scopes on a hyperscale data centre projectProduce detailed cost plans, estimates, and budgets to support project deliveryManage tender evaluations, procurement strategies, and value engineering exercisesEnsure works are procured at best market value while maintaining quality standardsProvide ongoing cost reporting, forecasting, and cash-flow managementCarry out interim valuations and ensure timely, accurate contractor paymentsManage change control, variations, and contractual issuesSupport the agreement and close-out of final accounts, including claims managementDeliver cost analysis, benchmarking, and lessons-learned feedback to the clientQualificationsProven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large construction projectsStrong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) cost managementExperience delivering high-value projects (typically €100m+ or equivalent complexity)Demonstrated experience in pre- and post-contract commercial managementTrack record working on data centres, hyperscale infrastructure, life sciences, semiconductor, or similarly complex projectsExcellent commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skillsFluent English (written and spoken)Required SkillsPrior experience on hyperscale data centre developmentsConsultancy or client-side QS backgroundExperience working on multi-discipline, fast-track programmesDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
