Production Supervisor

Production SupervisorWe are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our clients Order Finishing Department, ensuring the continuity of finishing processes and the smooth in- and outbound flow of materials, intermediates, and finished goods. This role is critical in driving operational performance while maintaining excellence in Quality, Safety, OTIF, and Cost. You will also play a key role in supporting improvement projects across order finishing and warehousing.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate shift organization of finishing operators to guarantee 24/7 operational continuity.Check and release finished orders, addressing shortcomings where necessary.Communicate effectively with CSRs, QA, printing, QI, and production teams.Monitor installations and systems, ensuring proper functioning and availability of consumables.Troubleshoot processing orders facing difficulties.Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and quality standards.Lead improvement projects for order finishing and warehousing.Supervise powder-liquid productions and manage production staff.Assist production teams when necessary and monitor GMP compliance in production areas.Develop daily schedules for production teams.Provide back-up support for revision of DHRs, operational management, and production documentation.Draft and revise procedures to optimize operations.Fine-tune production machines and tools for efficiency.Manage quality notifications including deviations and CAPA.RequirementsStrong leadership and organizational skills with experience in production or finishing operations.In-depth knowledge of GMP compliance and safety standards.Ability to manage teams in a 24/7 operational environment.Excellent communication skills across multiple departments.Proficiency in Dutch and English (mandatory).
