Foreman Workshop – TurbochargersAntwerpen | Full-time We are currently looking for an experienced Foreman Workshop to strengthen a specialized Turbochargers Workshop based in Antwerpen (Noorderlaan area). This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a maritime technical background who enjoys combining team coordination with complex mechanical work.️ Your RoleLead and coordinate daily workshop activities by assigning tasks and setting priorities for engineersPerform hands-on servicing, overhauls, disassembly and reassembly of turbochargersMonitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety & environmental standardsDiagnose faults, troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance to the team and Technical ManagementMaintain workshop tools, equipment and consumablesSupport continuous improvement by implementing efficient workshop processesRequirementsProven experience with turbochargersMaritime / marine engineering backgroundPrevious experience in a foreman / supervisory workshop roleFluent Dutch (mandatory)EU passport (no work permit support)Driving license BLiving in the Antwerpen area (mandatory)Available to work Monday–Friday (08:00–17:00), with paid overtime when requiredWhat's OfferedSalary plus Paid overtime (if any)Standard Belgian package(12 monthly salaries + December bonus + holiday allowance)Stable, long-term opportunity in a specialized technical workshop environmentInterested?
