Senior Business Analyst – Banking Transformation
Location: Belgium / Hybrid
Experience: 10+ years
We are supporting a leading financial-services organisation undertaking a major technology transformation in Belgium and are looking for several Senior Business Analysts.
Candidates should bring deep expertise in at least ONE of the following areas:
Trading & Wealth Management
- Trading, wealth, asset management or capital-markets processes.
- Trade lifecycle, order management, portfolio management and investment products.
- Experience working with trading/investment platforms.
Regulatory Reporting
- Regulatory or risk reporting transformation within banking.
- Data mapping, source-to-target analysis and data lineage.
- Data quality, governance, validation and reporting controls.
- Exposure to frameworks such as COREP, FINREP, BCBS239, Basel or AnaCredit advantageous.
Reconciliation & Accounting
- Cash, transaction or securities reconciliation.
- Accounting and General Ledger processes.
- Settlement, matching, break and exception management.
- Experience with reconciliation platforms advantageous.
Core requirements
- 10+ years' Business/Functional Analysis experience.
- Strong banking or financial-services background.
- Requirements gathering and functional specifications.
- Process analysis and modelling.
- UAT/testing support.
- Strong senior stakeholder management
