Setle is een Belgische PropTech scale-up die renovatie- en energie-inzichten automatiseert voorbanken en vastgoedspelers. Met data en AI maken we renovatiebeslissingen sneller, correcter enduurzamer.Om ons platform verder uit te bouwen zoeken we een Frontend Developer (Medior/Senior) diecomplexe data vertaalt naar heldere, performante UI's.Over Setle.appOns platform berekent renovatiekosten, analyseert energieprestaties, schat premies in en toontde impact op het EPC. Allemaal op basis van data, niet van aannames.We worden ingezet in aankoop-, renovatie- en financieringstrajecten en zijn geïntegreerd bijbanken zoals KBC, Crelan en BNP Paribas Fortis en bij toonaangevende vastgoedkantoren.Setle is een SaaS-platform met schaalbare digitale modules en simulators. Onder de motorkapgebruiken we AI- en machine learning-modellen om kostenramingen, energie-analyses enscenario's continu te verbeteren.Onze ambitie: renovatiebeslissingen sneller, correcter en duurzamer maken. Vandaag in België,morgen internationaal. Van startup naar scale-up.Jouw rolAls Frontend Developer werk je mee aan het hart van onze applicatie. Je vertaalt complexerenovatiedata naar duidelijke, snelle en gebruiksvriendelijke interfaces.Je werkt nauw samen met backend, product en domain experts.Concreet ga je:• Frontend features bouwen in React met TanStack Router• Type-safe routing, loaders en dataflows opzetten• Data ophalen en cachen via TanStack Query• UI's bouwen met Tailwind CSS en Shadcn UI• Herbruikbare componenten documenteren in Storybook• Meedenken over performance, DX en frontend architectuur• Kwaliteit bewaken via reviews en best practicesWie we zoekenJe bent iemand die graag ownership neemt en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt.Must-have:• Aantoonbare ervaring met TanStack Query• Sterke kennis van React & TypeScript• Ervaring binnen API-first / Headless ontwikkeling• Ervaring met data-gedreven UI's• Begrip van async flows, caching en performance• Schone, onderhoudbare code schrijven• UX-gevoel en oog voor detailNice-to-have:• Ervaring met TanStack Router of TanStack Table• Ervaring met Tailwind CSS en utility-first styling• Kennis van Radix UI of Shadcn/ui component patterns• Ervaring met monorepo setups (Turborepo, pnpm workspaces)• Ervaring in SaaS of product teams• Affiniteit met energie, renovatie, FinTech of PropTech• Kennis van i18next of meertalige applicaties• Ervaring met FigmaWat we bieden• Impact maken in een groeiende PropTech scale-up• Werken met een moderne, cutting-edge tech stack• Autonomie en ownership over features• Samenwerken met een gedreven team van developers en domain experts• Competitief salarispakket• Flexibele werkregeling (hybride)Interesse?We ontmoeten je graag Stuur je cv en motivatie naar info@setle.appOf laat gewoon iets van je horen — we houden van pragmatische gesprekken.
