Nexeo is currently looking for a Manager Solution Architect (Freelance or Permanent) to work on an interesting project within the banking industry.Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance and insurance sectors in all phases of their transformation projects: from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions.As a consultant you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo:International environment ( Offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)+ 450 employeesover 20% growth each yearResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain the solution architecture by means of the Solution Architecture Document (SAD) and obtain its validation in the Architecture Review BoardIdentifies the technologies that will be used for the project in collaboration with Application and Enterprise ArchitectsRecommends the development methodologies, frameworks and coding guidelines considering Architecture standards and the business requirements (functional & non-functional) and ensure their useProvides the overall design and structure of the applicationEnsures the final solution respects the defined architectureIdentifies software engineering tasks for the project managerCoaches and provides guidance to other technical team members (implementers & designers) & helps them with more difficult tasksAssists the project manager in estimating project costs and benefits and for technical aspectsWorks with testing staff to identify any infrastructure requirements and support neededEnsure technical decisions are taken and documentedMaximize reuse of existing assets and guidelines within the scope of the projectQualificationsAt least 5 years of experience as a Test EngineerYou have a computer science degree or equivalent experience and you have minimum 7 years of experience in the IT sector including 5 years in IT solutions design on complex projectsYou have excellent communication skills and you can write advanced documents and deliver persuasive presentationsYou have the ability to define and analyse user requirements and advise customers on scope and options for business and IT improvementsYou are flexible, pro-active, structured and quality orientedYou are a team player and you leverage the knowledge of your peers to build the best possible solutionFrench or English is a mustWorking for NexeoA very attractive salary packageInteresting career opportunitiesAmbitious goals are encouragedA lot of funIf you're motivated, flexible, open minded and ready to be a Nexeo Consultant this function of Manager Solution Architect is made for you@IT @Solution Architect @Architect @Banking @Consultant @Freelance
