You are eager to join a dynamic team developing cutting-edge technology products for mmWave applications. You are a self-motivated, independent, and efficient team member that has good communication skills and brings solid IC design experience to the team. ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a mmWave & RF IC designer to own several parts of the IC, including RF front-end, LO synthesis and distribution circuits. We are open to different levels of seniority.
Responsibilities
include:designing mmWave, analog and/or RF blocks (e.g., PA, LNA, PS, mixer, divider, multiplier, VCO, PLL),designing mmWave passive structures (e.g., TL, transformer, power splitter/combiner),designing analog baseband amplification, filtering and buffering circuits,implementing ESD, DFT, DC, biasing and calibration blocks and methods,developing test plans and contributing to validation and characterization campaigns. RequirementsThe successful candidate has proven expertise in RF and mmWave IC design.
Following requirements are a must, candidates must tick all boxes to be considered:degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in mmWave IC design,solid background in analog and/or RF design,contribution to successful chips with mmWave circuits,advanced use of Cadence Virtuoso custom IC tool suite,passive design experience (e.g., TL, transformer, power splitter/combiner),experience with EMX, ADS, momentum and/or HFSS. Following qualifications will make you stand out:industrial experience in a relevant domain,DFT and PVT-aware design experience including biasing blocks (e.g., Bandgap, PTAT, LDO, etc.),experience with ESD design and strategy, and with chip finishing (e.g., IO ring design),experience with mixed-signal top-level simulation and verification,knowledge of Python/Matlab,experience with lab verification, characterization and ATE data review and correlation to simulations,experience with package/antenna design/modeling and interactions with PCB/packaging engineer.
