We Are Hiring: HR Payroll Specialist (Hard HR & Payroll) – Full-Time, On-Site Location: Brussels Contract type: Full-time Work model: 100% on-siteWe are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Specialist with strong expertise in Hard HR and end-to-end payroll management to join our HR team. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a structured environment, this role could be the perfect fit. Key Responsibilities:Manage the full payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.Handle all employee administration, including contracts, amendments, personnel files, absences, onboarding, and offboarding.Act as the internal point of contact for all payroll-related questions and social legislation topics.Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data in internal systems.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Hard HR and payroll processes. Your ProfileProven experience in Payroll and Hard HR.Strong knowledge of payroll systems and tools.Excellent understanding of labour law and statutory requirements.close attention to detail, discretion, and reliability.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Dutch must be your native language.Fully available for a full-time, on-site position.
