The business is in growth mode, investing in team expansion and commercial development across Benelux.Trusted by pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical trial organisations, the company helps customers move critical, temperature-sensitive, and time-sensitive materials safely, compliantly, and on schedule.The RoleThis is a pure new-business role with strong autonomy and high visibility. You'll be part of a growing regional commercial team and will focus on bringing on new customers across Belgium, particularly targeting smaller pharma and biotech organisations who need a credible logistics partner as they scale.You'll report into the Regional Sales Manager and work closely with operational and technical teams to build winning solutions.In this role, you will:Hunt new business (minimum 50% of your time prospecting, meeting, and converting)Build a strong pipeline of SME biotech / small pharma accountsWin new customers through consultative, face-to-face relationship buildingDevelop tailored logistics solutions for clinical and commercial supply chainsRepresent the business professionally in the market — conferences, client sites, and partner meetingsOwn your territory, strategy, and results with full accountability for performanceWhat We're Looking For3–4 years' business development experience with consistent new business winsA genuine hunter mindset — you enjoy prospecting, chasing, and closingExperience in clinical trial logistics, pharma logistics, or life sciences supply chain solutionsConfidence building relationships in-person — you'll be visible in-market and customer-facingStrong communication and credibility with technical stakeholders (clinical operations, supply chain, QA, procurement)A structured, target-driven approach with pace, urgency, and resilienceProficient Flemish or French languageWhat's In It For YouCompetitive base salaryStrong bonus plan with accelerators for high performanceOpportunity to join an expanding commercial function (additional headcount role)Clear progression path in a growing, specialist organisationHigh trust, high accountability, and a role built around impactIf this sounds of interest for you, please apply today
