Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer.Extensive experience with OpenShift (OKD/OCP), Docker/Podman, and Helm for deploying and scaling containerised applications.Mastery of Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket), and Maven to implement standard pipelines for Java (Quarkus) and React ecosystems.Proficient in Terraform and Ansible to automate environment provisioning and configuration.Strong focus on security compliance using HashiCorp Vault, Veracode, Trivy, and Syft for vulnerability management and artifact scanning.Experience implementing centralised logging and metrics using the ELK stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka (Confluent), and Solace PubSub+.Advanced automation skills in Python and Bash.Proven ability to act as a bridge between central infrastructure teams and product developers to optimize build and test workflows.Job Description:Pipeline Implementation: Adopt and customise central CI/CD pipelines for eEAD/iNM, ensuring compliance with enterprise policies while fitting specific project needs.OpenShift Management: Deploy, scale, and optimise containerised applications, implementing auto-scaling and self-healing for high availability.Security & Compliance: Enforce DevSecOps standards by integrating automated security scans and managing secrets through HashiCorp Vault.Infrastructure Automation: Use IaC tools to manage environment consistency across the software delivery lifecycle.Performance Optimisation: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in build and deployment processes, optimising OpenShift resource usage for cost efficiency.Observability Setup: Implement and maintain monitoring and logging standards to ensure proactive system health management.
