Remote from Belgium is possible.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Scrum Master for network and infrastructure Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesRemove impediments and blockers impacting network delivery (e.g., dependencies, resource constraints, vendor coordination)Collaborate with Product Owners to help manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring network work items are clearly defined and prioritized· Coordinate cross-team dependencies involving network, security, cloud, and application teams· Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the team· Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress· Support planning and delivery of network initiatives such as WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, security integrations, and compliance requirements· Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholdersRequired Qualifications· Working knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, cloud networking)· Experience working with cross-functional technical teams· Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skillsProven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably supporting network or infrastructure teamsKey SkillsAgile & Scrum facilitationNetwork & infrastructure deliveryStakeholder managementRisk and dependency managementContinuous improvement mindsetStrong organizational and problem-solving skills
