Jouw rol als Business Consultant Als Business Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitbreiding en optimalisatie van ProfitPlus bij zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten. Je richt je op productie- of handelsbedrijven.Een greep uit jouw taken:Je brengt bedrijfsprocessen haarfijn in kaart en vertaalt deze naar slimme en efficiënte ERP-oplossingen binnen ProfitPlus.Je begeleidt klanten doorheen hun digitaliseringstraject, waarbij je nieuwe modules en maatwerk implementeert, test en valideert. Je bent een overtuigende adviseur die klanten niet alleen begeleidt, maar ook proactief de beste oplossingen voorstelt en verdedigt.Je leidt ERP-projecten en optimalisaties in goede banen, zowel bij bestaande als nieuwe klanten.Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, timing en budgettering van elk project, en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens plan verloopt. Je neemt de touwtjes in handen op vlak van projectmanagement en changemanagement.Je traint key users en stelt duidelijke documentatie en workflows op om hun efficiëntie te vergroten.Je fungeert als technisch klankbord voor de accountmanager en ondersteunt hen bij complexe klantvragen. Profiel Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen productie- of handelsomgevingen. Je kent de ins en outs van bedrijfsprocessen en kan zowel de kernprocessen als klantspecifieke workflows analyseren en optimaliseren.Je hebt affiniteit met IT en ERP/CRM-software, en weet hoe je technologie inzet om processen te verbeteren.Je bent analytisch en probleemoplossend, en kan complexe processen omzetten in werkbare ERP-oplossingen.Je bent klantgericht, maar ook assertief, en durft klanten overtuigen van de beste aanpak. Je beschikt over een sterke communicatievaardigheid, waardoor je zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders vlot meeneemt in je verhaal.Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, maar functioneert ook perfect binnen een team.
