Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en ownership centraal staan.DetailsStart: ASAPRegio: VlaanderenDuurtijd: Lange termijnRegime: VoltijdsTalen: Moedertaal Nederlands & vloeiend Engels, Frans is een plusWe zoeken een vaste medewerker maar indien deze niet tijdig gevonden wordt overwegen we een ook een freelance consultant ChallengesVertalen van business vereisten naar duidelijke en gestructureerde functionele requirementsInleven in businessproblemen en Product Managers ondersteunen bij het uitschrijven van featuresNauw samenwerken met architecten, developers en program managers om businessdoelstellingen te realiserenAnalyseren en documenteren van oplossingsvoorstellen voor diverse stakeholders, zowel projectmatig als vanuit supportVertalen van functionele analyses naar technische documentatie voor development teamsMeedenken over een efficiënte en performante teststrategieOndersteunen bij de uitvoering en opvolging van testenComplexe materie helder en begrijpbaar maken voor verschillende doelgroepenWie ben je en wat kan je (Wishlist)Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaringJe hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring als functioneel analist in een agile ontwikkelomgevingErvaring met payrollprocessen en -oplossingen is een sterke plusJe hebt kennis van SQL en kan databasestructuren lezen en begrijpenJe hebt ervaring met API-integratiesJe past analysetechnieken toe zoals use cases (UML), procesflows (BPMN), interfaces en technische ontwerpenJe beschikt over overtuigingskracht, doorzettingsvermogen en sterke presentatievaardighedenJe bent probleemoplossend ingesteld en klantgerichtJe communiceert vlot en gestructureerd met diverse stakeholdersJe hebt basiskennis van test- en opvolgingstools zoals JIRA, Selenium en PostmanTaalvereisteNederlands: moedertaalniveau of CEFR C2 (vereist)
