Mission Overview

We are looking for a Test Automation Specialist to join the Quality Assurance team for a major public sector digital platform (web & mobile applications). You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of applications developed in a low-code environment (OutSystems).

You will work within an Agile/Scrum delivery model, collaborating closely with developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software at pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manual & Exploratory Testing – Test various user scenarios, identify bugs or areas for improvement, and provide developers with detailed, reproducible reports.
  • Test Automation – Author, maintain, and execute automated end-to-end tests for both web and mobile environments.
  • Performance & APM – Deliver Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tests down to the API level, and run load/performance testing ahead of production releases.
  • Early Testing Engagement – Proactively contribute from the start of new projects to establish test plans, scenarios, and automation frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Communicate priorities effectively with functional analysts and business stakeholders, and propose/defend technical quality improvements with the Solution Architect.
  • Documentation & Integration – Thoroughly document test scenarios and evaluate integrations with external systems and third parties.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Proven experience setting up end-to-end testing for both Mobile Apps and Web applications.
  • Solid background working within Scrum/Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, autonomous, stress-resistant, and team-oriented.

  • Jira & Confluence
  • BrowserStack
  • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab / GitHub
  • Asset: Exposure to low-code ecosystems like OutSystems is a strong plus.
