In deze vliegende functie ondersteun je klanten op verschillende locaties: Kortrijk, Erembodegem, Melle en Ieper. Wat ga je doen?Je ondersteunt eindgebruikers bij soft- en hardwareproblemen via telefoon, e-mail, remote of on site.Je behandelt incidenten en service requests volgens de afgesproken SLA's en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve opvolging en oplossing.Je voert installaties, configuraties en technische interventies uit en ondersteunt mobiele toestellen via diverse tools.Je signaleert technische storingen, risico's en bedreigingen binnen de IT-omgeving.Je voert periodieke controles uit, o.a. op vlak van systemen, beveiliging en prestaties.Je denkt actief mee na over optimalisaties in support en systeembeheer.Je registreert, beheert en sluit tickets en meldingen correct en volledig af.En natuurlijk nog tal van andere taken die bijdragen aan een professionele dienstverleningProfiel & RequirementsJe bezit een bachelordiploma in IT of minstens een graduaat (HBO5) informatica.Je hebt een eerste professionele ervaring in IT support (junior niveau).Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Windows-omgevingen, Office 365 en courante IT-infrastructuur.Je kan vlot werken met ticketing- en servicetools.Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.Je bent zelfstandig, maar kan ook goed werken in teamverband.Flexibiliteit is voor jou geen probleem: je werkt graag op verschillende klantlocaties: ieper, kortrijk, melle en Gent.Je denkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt overzicht, ook onder tijdsdruk.Wat mag je verwachten?Een premium bedrijfswagen met tankkaart of een mobiliteitsbudget, ook voor privégebruik.Een aantrekkelijk bruto salaris en een forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding.Een flexibel verloningspakket via ons Flex Reward Plan.Flexibele werkuren en een sterke focus op work-life balance.Maaltijdcheques, groepsverzekering en hospitalisatieverzekering.Een open, dynamisch en collegiaal team waar jouw ideeën en initiatief écht welkom zijn.Werken bij een sterke ICT-speler met grote projecten en klanten.Ondersteuning en begeleiding op maat: jouw interesses en ambities bepalen jouw groeipad, met de steun van een Field Manager die altijd klaarstaat voor advies.Laat je talent écht tot zijn recht komen – bij Cegeka sta je er nooit alleen voor
