Oh—and we've landed on the Great Place To Work list five times, not that we're countingFor one of our solid partners in Brussels, we are looking for a Trade Support Analyst to reinforce the Asset Management division. You will join a dynamic trade support team and play a key role in Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities, with strong exposure to OTC derivatives and buy-side operations.RoleAs part of the Trade Support team, you will actively contribute to daily operations while ensuring high-quality trade processing and risk control across the trade lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesEnsure trades are accurately captured, booked, and transmitted to outsourced service providers.Investigate and resolve trade breaks in a timely and structured manner.Provide specialist pre- and post-trade support, including trade settlements.Handle incoming requests and incidents via ServiceNow (SNOW).Work closely with BNPP Securities Services (BP2S), clearers, and relationship managers to ensure service levels meet required standards.Collaborate with Dealing Services / GTF and Investment teams to improve data quality, reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiency.Escalate trade support issues to relevant stakeholders (Front Office, Legal, Risk, BP2S, etc.) and ensure proper follow-up.Contribute to trade support-related projects, exception management, and ad hoc tasks.Manage claims received from counterparties, challenge investigations where needed, and follow them through to payment and resolution.ProfileAt least one first relevant experience in Trade Support, Middle Office, or a similar operational role.Hands-on exposure to Over-The-Counter (OTC) derivatives as part of this experience (trade processing, settlements, lifecycle events, or support).Good understanding of buy-side operations and how financial markets function.Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus).What's in it for you?A role within a well-established Asset Management environment.Direct exposure to (OTC) derivatives and complex trade flows.A collaborative, professional setting in Brussels.Opportunity to further develop your expertise in trade support and operational risk.
