Project Manager / Owners Representative | Hyperscale Data Centres | Freelance

Location: Mons, Belgium

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Language: English

Working Pattern: 100% On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost control activities.
Oversee contractor performance, change management, and project reporting.
Monitor QA/QC processes and ensure construction works meet required standards.
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, invoices, and project documentation.
Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, handover documentation, and final accounts.
Liaise between operational teams and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Essential:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Owner's Representative on construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
Experience managing contractors and stakeholders on complex construction projects.
Data Centre, infrastructure, mission-critical, or similar large-scale project experience.
Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
