As they continue to scale, they are looking to strengthen the development team with an experienced and adaptable Python Developer.
The Role
As a Python Developer, you will work across the full A–Z of the development lifecycle. From understanding requirements and designing solutions to building, testing, deploying, and maintaining software, you will play a key role in delivering robust, high-quality applications used in a biotech context. You will collaborate closely with other developers, product stakeholders, and domain experts, contributing both technically and conceptually as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applicationsWork across the full software development lifecycle, from concept to productionTranslate business and scientific requirements into scalable technical solutionsContribute to architecture decisions and code quality standardsDebug, optimize, and improve existing systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environmentTake ownership of features and deliver them end-to-endYour ProfileStrong experience as a Python Developer in a professional environmentComfortable working across the full A–Z of the development processAdaptable, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-growing companyExperience with modern development practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)Able to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and communication skillsWilling and able to work from the St-Niklaas office at least 3 days per week
