About DaltonWe're building the AI that makes websites self-improving. Our algorithms run thousands of experiments simultaneously, optimizing everything from CTAs to layouts without waiting weeks for statistical significance.We're a fast-growing company and recently raised €1M from angels who have built unicorns.The RoleThis isn't a "maintain legacy code and attend standups" position. You'll be building core product features that directly impact how our customers.You'll work on:Full-stack development across our platformAI agents making optimization decisionsInfrastructure that scales with our growthWhat We're Looking ForMentality and ownership matter more than years of experience. We want someone who sees a problem and fixes it, who ships fast and iterates faster, who gets excited about making things work better.Required:Experience with full-stack development and scalable architectures (Python, JS)Problem-solving mindset and debugging skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentNice to have:Experience implementing LLMs and AI workflows (major plus)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldYoung isn't a problem.
