We're Hiring: Manual Tester (E-commerce) To strengthen our team in Evere, we are looking for an experienced Manual Tester to support the implementation of a cloud-based e-commerce solution and contribute to the continuity of our product roadmap. Location: Evere, Belgium Start: ASAP Contract: Full-time Work mode: Up to 50% remote Languages: Dutch or French (native) + English (professional level) Your MissionAs a Manual Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our e-commerce platform by validating new functionalities and contributing to continuous improvements within the digital landscape. Responsibilities Testing & Quality AssurancePerform thorough manual testing in line with the defined test strategyAnalyze and review functional and technical documentationDesign and execute test scenarios and test scriptsSupport automated testing initiativesIdentify, document, retest, and track defectsFollow up on bug fixes and contribute to process improvementsMaintain and update the test reference database for future releasesSupport production issue resolution during maintenance phasesCollaborate closely with development teams Customer FocusEnsure solutions meet current and future customer needsMaintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service qualityProactively suggest improvements to enhance user experience CollaborationWork closely with internal stakeholders (IT, business, product teams)Contribute to optimizing internal QA and project processesSupport knowledge sharing and internal communication Your Profile Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tester or similar QA role Proven experience in e-commerce environments (required) Experience with mobile application testing and integrations Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with API testing using Postman Knowledge of the retail sector is a strong plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience Why Join Us?Work on a large-scale, cloud-based e-commerce platformHybrid working model with flexibilityCollaborative and international environmentOpportunity to influence product quality and customer experienceLong-term project with roadmap continuity Interested?
