You'll be working on critical opportunities to drive operational excellence and create more value for our community.Check our videos to get a real feel for what we do.The RoleWe are looking for a full-stack engineer with strong product thinking, UX/UI affinity, and AI expertise who can own features end-to-end, from conception through design, implementation, and launch.You'll work hand-in-hand with our Product Department, acting as the technical counterpart who bridges engineering and product. You'll be deeply involved in product discovery, design decisions, and user experience — not just implementation.Given that we're a new team, you are expected to have an impact from day one.You will lead our first AI-driven project, designed to transform the daily experiences of both our members and employees — collaborating closely with product, design, and stakeholders to ensure we ship solutions that are both technically sound and delightful to use.The ideal candidate is autonomous, driven, and genuinely excited about crafting exceptional user experiences. We expect a high level of attention to detail, strong judgment on UX/UI trade-offs, and the ability to balance speed with quality.Your ResponsibilitiesOwn features end-to-end: from discovery and scoping through design, implementation, testing, and launchPartner with Product: work closely with our Product Department to shape requirements, challenge assumptions, and co-create solutions that solve real user problemsChampion UX/UI excellence: contribute to design discussions, prototype interfaces, advocate for intuitive user experiences, and implement pixel-perfect front-endsBuild with quality: write clean, testable code with comprehensive unit tests; maintain high standards across the entire stackManage the full stack: implement back-end APIs, internal tooling, third-party integrations, and front-end elements with a strong eye for usabilityIntegrate AI thoughtfully: evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI solutions (OpenAI, Vercel, Anthropic, etc.) that add real value and enhance user experienceTroubleshoot and improve: debug production issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve existing systemsLead by example: participate in technical reviews, contribute to architecture and design decisions, and help build a strong engineering cultureWhat We're Looking For5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally shipping products at scaleProduct mindset: you think in terms of user outcomes, not just code; you ask "why" before buildingStrong UX/UI affinity: you care deeply about design, usability, and crafting delightful user experiences; you can collaborate effectively with designers and contribute to design decisionsCollaborative spirit: you thrive working closely with Product teams, translating user needs into technical solutionsStrong experience with React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, and REST APIsSome experience with CI/CD pipelinesExperience with AWS and K8s is a plusExperience with Storyblok or similar headless CMS is a plusFamiliarity with third-party AI integrations like OpenAI, Vercel, or Anthropic is highly desirablePrevious experience at a fast-paced tech startup (bonus: experience shipping AI features)Full working proficiency in EnglishBSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
