Je vertaalt behoeften naar duidelijke requirements, structureert processen en helpt oplossingen opleveren die echte meerwaarde creëren.VerantwoordelijkhedenVerzamelen, analyseren en challengen van business requirements.Interviews en workshops faciliteren.Processen modelleren (BPMN, UML) en duidelijke documentatie opstellen.Nauw samenwerken met technische teams om user stories, flows en use cases te verfijnen.Analyses uitvoeren en aanbevelingen formuleren voor procesverbeteringen.Stakeholders met verschillende verwachtingen beheren.Werken in Agile- of Waterfall-omgevingen.ProfielJe hebt een Masterdiploma.Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst.Ervaring met requirements gathering, process modelling en analyse.Kennis van BPMN, UML, workshopfacilitatie en rapportering.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexiteit duidelijk te vertalen.Analytische mindset en ervaring met Excel, Power BI of gelijkaardige tools.Kennis van Agile/Scrum is een plus.Vloeiend in het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Frans is een plus.AanbodEen aantrekkelijk salarispakket inclusief hospitalisatieverzekering, groepsverzekering, maaltijdvergoeding, en de keuze tussen een bedrijfswagen met Europese tankkaart of het federale mobiliteitsbudget.Klinkt dit als jouw volgende stap?
