About the Roleheta is building an AI-supported fiber network design, planning, and management platform. As a Back-End Developer, you will focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services that power our application.You will work within our FastAPI stack and take full ownership of services: from implementation to deployment and monitoring. You enjoy designing APIs, crafting clean architectures, working with asynchronous workloads, and ensuring reliable operations. If you're curious about DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation, this role offers significant space to grow.Within our compact, fast-moving engineering team, you'll contribute to backend foundations, operational excellence, and the integration of AI-driven features across the platform, while actively shaping how we build and operate our systems.What You'll DoBackend EngineeringDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Python.Collaborate on API design aligned with OpenAPI and JSON:API standards.Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and asynchronous processing systems (e.g., Prefect).Integrate AI models and data pipelines into backend workflows when needed.Operations & DeploymentTake ownership of services all the way to production.
