About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Work Preparator / Work Leader to join a major nuclear power plant project.This freelance position is suited to a highly skilled professional capable of handling both work preparation and execution leadership in a complex, safety-critical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and coordinate I&C work packages covering technical, planning, and safety aspects.Lead and oversee execution, ensuring compliance with all nuclear safety and quality standards.Collaborate closely with technicians and multidisciplinary teams to resolve on-site issues.Serve as the link between engineering, operations, and field execution.Requirements Native Dutch/Flemish speaker (essential) 10+ years of experience in Instrumentation & Controls Strong background in nuclear or similarly regulated, high-safety industries Able to work independently and integrate quickly into ongoing projects Experienced in both preparation and execution leadershipOfferFreelance contract with competitive daily rateInvolvement in a long-term nuclear projectCollaborative environment with expert technical teams
