Joining Nalys means becoming part of a collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking team that values excellence, compliance, and continuous growth.About the RoleWe are hiring a Qualified Person (QP) for one of our pharmaceutical partners near Waterloo. This is a key quality assurance role within the External Supply Quality department, ensuring GMP compliance and product quality across external manufacturing sites in England (bottling) and Ireland (labeling). You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from technology transfer to phase-out, and act as a Vendor Quality Lead driving performance and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary QA contact for vendor investigations, deviations, and auditsReview batch records and issue QP batch certification for product releaseMonitor vendor performance metrics and maintain quality agreementsLead vendor meetings, present quality issues, and implement improvementsSupport customer audits and Health Authority inspectionsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues.Your ProfileYou hald a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in pharmaceutical quality assuranceYou are EU eligible and registered as a Qualified PersonYou are at 100% autonomous and able to take decisionsYou are fluent in both English and FrenchYou manage your work as an expert in root cause analysis and risk managementYou have a first experience managing CMOs/vendorsRecruitment ProcessBy applying for the Qualified Person position, you will go through the following steps:First Screening – Olivia Braszko, our Talent Acquisition Specialist will review your CV and schedule an initial callTechnical Interview – You will meet with one of our experts to discuss your expertiseFinal Interview – A conversation with our Business Unit Director, Jimmy Rousseaux to confirm alignment and expectations.Ready to take the next step in your QP career?
