Technical Project Manager – Retail & Real Estate - CDI Vous aimez les défis techniques, la variété des projets et les environnements où chaque jour est différent ?Ce poste de Technical Project Manager vous place au cœur de projets retail ambitieux, mêlant innovation, durabilité et gestion d'espaces commerciaux à grande échelle.Votre mission : Vous êtes le point central entre les équipes internes, les partenaires externes et les prestataires techniques. Votre objectif ?Garantir que chaque projet — rénovation, transformation ou initiative durable — soit livré dans les temps, dans le budget et avec un haut niveau de qualité.Vos responsabilitésPiloter et coordonner les projets techniques et architecturaux sur plusieurs sites commerciaux en Belgique.Superviser des travaux d'aménagement, de rénovation ou de durabilité, depuis l'analyse technique jusqu'à la réception finale.Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes locales, les fournisseurs et les bureaux d'études pour assurer le respect des plannings et budgets.Anticiper les besoins techniques liés aux nouvelles locations, extensions ou boutiques temporaires.Veiller au respect des normes en matière de sécurité incendie, d'environnement et de performance énergétique.Intégrer les nouvelles technologies et solutions durables pour réduire l'empreinte carbone et améliorer l'efficacité énergétique des bâtiments.Votre profilDiplôme universitaire en ingénierie, construction ou architecture (ou expérience équivalente).Minimum 8 à 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion technique de bâtiments complexes (retail, bureaux, centres commerciaux, etc.).Solides connaissances en CVC, électricité, sécurité incendie et maintenance technique.Bonne compréhension des réglementations immobilières et environnementales.Bilingue français / néerlandais (anglais souhaité).Esprit d'équipe, excellentes capacités de communication et sens aigu du détail.Flexible et mobile : basé à Bruxelles avec déplacements réguliers sur différents sites en Belgique.Ce que le client propose : Un rôle clé dans des projets visibles et à fort impact sur la performance et la durabilité des bâtiments.Une culture d'entreprise qui valorise l'autonomie, la confiance et la collaboration.Un package salarial attractif assorti d'une voiture de société, avantages extralégaux et formations continues.L'opportunité de faire la différence dans le futur du retail et de l'immobilier durable.
