Nexeo Belgium supports leading organizations in banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors through their digital transformation and agile delivery initiatives.We are currently looking for a DEV Engineer to join a high-performing Agile squad, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of high-value products within sprints.Mission ContextThe Agile team is a small, cross-functional group combining skills in analysis, design, development, testing, and integration to deliver complete product increments at the end of each sprint.As a DEV Engineer, you will:Apply your technical and analytical skills to deliver features and product componentsCollaborate with team members to ensure the sprint backlog is completed efficientlyGo beyond your specific expertise to support the team in achieving its goalsAdhere to Scrum values: focus, commitment, openness, respect, and courageKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and integrate solutions across the team's scope of workCollaborate closely with business, product, and technical team members to ensure high-quality deliveryShare knowledge, communicate openly, and support continuous learning within the squadContribute to process improvements to enhance software/hardware delivery speed and operational qualityParticipate actively in sprint planning, refinement, and review activitiesProfileLanguagesDutch: Active + passive knowledge of other local languageFrench: Active + passive knowledge of other local languageEnglish: Active + passive knowledge of other local languageExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant development experienceHands-on experience as MF Developer / Technical AnalystFamiliarity with existing tools and applications (including legacy systems)Previous experience in Agile methodology is a plusExperience in banking or financial services is highly valuedTechnical SkillsMandatory:MF development and technical analysisStrong understanding of the applications used within the teamWillingness to learn and maintain expertise across the application landscapePreferable:Agile delivery experienceKnowledge of banking systemsSoft SkillsStrong analytical skills and problem-solving mindsetTeam player with excellent communication skillsAmbitious and goal-orientedEmbody Agile values: focused, committed, open, respectful, courageousPromote continuous improvement in methods, tools, and delivery quality
