Our client is a fast-growing technology-driven organization active in automated warehouse solutions is looking for a Sales Engineer to reinforce its regional sales operations. The roleAs Sales Engineer, you act as the technical link between customers, sales, and internal experts. You translate customer requirements into optimized, cost-efficient automation concepts and ensure that proposals are technically sound, clearly documented, and commercially viable.Your main responsibilities include:Interpreting customer requirements, data sets, and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).Designing automated intralogistics and warehouse solutions using tools such as AutoCAD and other internal design tools.Developing and comparing multiple solution concepts to maximize operational and financial value for customers.Preparing accurate cost estimates for the complete proposed scope.Coordinating technical and financial validation with internal stakeholders, specialists, and partners, leading to formal approval.Producing clear technical documentation and functional descriptions for commercial proposals.Supporting sales teams during customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.Managing tender documentation, version control, and preparing a structured handover to the project execution teams after order intake.Your backgroundYou are a technically skilled professional with a commercial mindset and strong coordination skills. Ideally, you have:A master's degree in a technical discipline (e.g. electromechanics), business engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable field.Interest in or affinity with warehouse automation software and digital logistics solutions.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based customer relationships.Good understanding of cost structures, procurement principles, and industrial project environments.The ability to manage several opportunities and deadlines in parallel.A structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style.
