Metrology R&D engineer

Initial 1 year contract (consultant) + potential extensions after

The assignment

Operate directly E-beam inspection and metrology systems in our client's cleanroom to provide support in recipes creation, data collection and data analysis for the 3D Hybrid bonding program and In-resist scumming investigations, as a start.
Be the technical metrology and inspection point of contact between customers, our client's integration and process teams, for the projects involved.
Be responsible for organizing and maintaining documentation in a central SharePoint
Deliver new Best-Known Methods (BKMs) for offline data analysis of SEM acquired images and own the up-to-date maintenance of existing ones.
Report results and project progress in review meetings

Required knowledge and skills

Hold a M.Sc. Degree in Applied Sciences, Material Engineering or Electronics with at least 2-3 years of experience
Hands-on experience in metrology within a high-tech cleanroom environment.
Experience with CD-SEM/e-beam tools will be consider as a plus.
Proactive, positive, and hands-on, with a strong willingness to learn.
Demonstrate flexibility and resilience when facing change or ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills in English.
