Freelance IT Tester WERO Payments

For a banking customer in Brussels, I am searching for a freelance tester who participates in the development of WERO, in collaboration with the BA and PO.The Tester analyses the requirements and creates all the possible scenarios, he/she will run the test scripts given by WERO. They execute the tests communicating the findings and providing a high-quality result that will be translated in a better communication to the customer through the public web and the mobile app.A successful mission will mean that you improve the quality of the customers products, provide secure and easy connection methods to web and app environments and deliver state-of-the-art digital channels through which their clients can get quick and easy access to their products and services.ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding of the requirements (US)Write/design detailed test cases and scenarios, execute them, open defects and communicate with BA and DEV in order to get a clear solution to them as per the acceptance criteriaCooperate with I.T. developers, Operations teams, UX/UI team and with other stakeholders.Stay in touch with prospect and customer needsFollow up on I.T. development.Perform tests and validate test casesReport and document bugsHave a view on the backlog & prioritizationContribute in the scrum process and daily / weekly meetingsWork with the testers of the other teams to continuously improve the way of workingProfileExperience in payments (WERO)Experience in functional testing is a plusExperience in API testing is a plusExperience in cooperation with different stakeholders is a plusExperience working with Agile / scrum environment is a plusExperience in the banking sector is a plusExperience working with Tosca Automation is a big plusWorking in an IT related environment is a plusStrong analytical skillsAbility to work autonomously and guide actions end-to-endYou are pragmatic, structured and organizedYou strive for quality of execution in (micro-) tasks with a high level of precisionYou are creative and solution/client orientedYou are proactive and take initiative to deliver expected benefitsYou are positive and show empathyAdditional DetailsSENIORITY: Medior/SeniorSTART DATE: FebruaryDURATION: 6 MonthsEXTENSION: YesCONTRACT: FreelanceLOCATION: BrusselsONSITE POLICY: 2-3 days per weekHOURS PER WEEK: 40LANGUAGES: Fluent English and French or DutchINTERVIEW PROCESS: 1-2 stagesIf you are interested, please forward your updated resume to jay.kukoyi@vividresourcing.com to be considered.
