Job description
As a Legal Counsel, you support the legal guidance of infrastructure projects and public procurement contracts. You combine contractual expertise with close collaboration with the business and actively contribute to solutions within a technical and commercial environment. Your work
location:
Brussels, with activities on our sites in Aartselaar and Braine-l'Alleud. Zoom on the job: analysing public and private tender documents, mainly during the tender phase, and providing legal advice during execution negotiating, drafting and managing a wide range of contracts, with a focus on complex infrastructure and public procurement projects carrying out risk analyses related to contracts and projects following up and supporting disputes and claims advising on contract law, public procurement, liability and compliance working closely with business partners to develop the most suitable legal solutions actively supporting and guiding negotiations contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment Profile Come as you are, ideally with: master's degree in law at least 3 to 4 years of experience as a lawyer and/or in-house legal counsel, preferably within infrastructure projects expertise in contract law, public procurement and preferably experience with large infrastructure projects enjoys working closely with different stakeholders and acts as a true business partner proactive, dynamic and communicates clearly able to assess risks and commercial interests effectively fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written Offer What if you became Legal Counsel at Equans?
