Vacature: Senior Project Manager / Team Lead (Consultant – Freelancers welkom)Regio Brussel — hybride tot 3 dagen telewerkLanglopend project – start ASAPVoor een strategisch digitaliseringsprogramma bij één van onze klanten zoeken wij een Senior Project Manager / Team Lead die de leiding neemt over een intern development team en end‐to‐end verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor IT‐delivery.Je werkt binnen een IT‐afdeling van ongeveer 90 personen en stuurt een team aan van ±14 experten (analisten, architecten, developers). Je leidt transitie‐, refactoring‐ en greenfield‐projecten en begeleidt applicaties van eerste businessvraag tot oplevering en productiebeheer.Zowel vaste medewerkers als freelancers/independent consultants zijn welkom om te solliciteren.Jouw rolEnd‐to‐end ownership van IT‐projecten (scope, planning, budget, risico's en kwaliteit).Coördineren van één of meerdere teams en rapporteren aan Program Manager & Departementsdirecteur.Leiding over de volledige project lifecycle: analyse → ontwikkeling → productie‐release.Stakeholdermanagement, escalatiebeheer en kwalitatieve projectopvolging.Coaching & ontwikkeling van je teamleden.Werken binnen een moderne omgeving: Agile – BPMN – Customer Journey – Java Spring – Angular.Jouw profielExpert in Project Management (Prince2)Sterke ervaring met Agile/Scrum/KanbanBekend met Change ManagementVermogen om complexe info te structureren en te vereenvoudigenAantoonbare leiderschapservaring, people & skill developmentOplossingsgericht, klantgericht en ownership‐gedrevenUitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsskillsOrganisatorisch sterk, analytisch en resultaatgerichtErvaring in IT‐architectuur of sterke technische affiniteitErvaren facilitator van workshopsTalen: NL of FR: actieve kennis + Engels: zeer goede schriftelijke kennisMissie & Praktische infoStart: ASAPDuur: langetermijnopdracht (verlengbaar tot na 2026)Locatie: Brussel (nabij station) — klantnaam & exact adres niet zichtbaarRegime: 5 dagen/week – 7u48 per dag – tot 3 dagen telewerkFreelancers/independents zijn meer dan welkom
