StaffYourTribe: Senior Functioneel AnalistBen jij een ervaren Functioneel Analist die het verschil kan maken in complexe omgevingen?Wij zoeken een expert die bruggen bouwt tussen gebruikers en ontwikkelteams, met oog voor kwaliteit en impactWat je doet:Je analyseert de noden van gebruikers en vertaalt deze naar heldere requirements en user stories.Je werkt samen met product owners en ontwikkelaars om stories te verfijnen en uit te werken.Je voert quality control uit en test de opgeleverde code tegen de acceptatiecriteria.Je helpt bij het beheren en prioriteren van de backlog.Je draagt bij aan data- en procesmodellering en past requirement- en designconcepten toeWat je mag verwachtenJe fungeert als schakel tussen business en IT en vertaalt complexe informatie op een begrijpelijke manier.Je organiseert workshops, verzamelt requirements en stelt user stories op.Je werkt nauw samen met ontwikkelaars binnen een agile/scrum context.Je bewaart de functionele visie en neemt initiatief om verbeteringen te realiseren.Praktische infoLocatie: Brussel NoordRemote: 4 dagen per weekContext: langdurige samenwerking binnen publieke sectorWat jij meebrengt:Aantoonbare ervaring als Functioneel Analist met bedrijfskritische toepassingen.Sterke ervaring in technische projectomgevingen.Ervaring in het opstellen van user stories en samenwerken binnen development teams.Ervaring met het bevragen van vereisten bij eindgebruikers.Ervaring met quality control en testen van opgeleverde code.Ervaring met Agile developmentNederlands op CEFR-niveau C2.
