5–7+ years of relevant experience
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to contribute to a major HR digital transformation initiative.
What you'll be doing
Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
Support the implementation and configuration of Learning, Skills & Mentoring functionalities
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Perform process and gap analysis
Design functional workflows and HR processes
Work closely with HR, business and technical stakeholders
Support functional testing, validation and troubleshooting
Help drive successful adoption of the new HR platform
What we're looking for
5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar
Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and configuration
Solid knowledge of HR processes and HR information systems
Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis and functional design
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent English
Strong advantages
Oracle Learning Cloud experience
Skills and/or Mentoring module experience
SAP SuccessFactors experience
Experience with HRIS migration or transformation projects
