Your MissionEstablish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.
Support project teams in planning, resource allocation, and timeline monitoring, using dynamic methods (e.g., PERT).
Track project risks and mitigation plans, leading risk reviews and integrating scenarios into planning.
Ensure project documentation is complete, accessible, and up to date; lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
Engage stakeholders through workshops and regular updates to maintain alignment and commitment.
Prepare reporting and financial tracking, providing clear visibility on progress, KPIs, and budgets.
Promote PM best practices, train teams on tools/processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Your Profile
Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a PMO in complex environments.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence...).
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PERT, Prince2, PMP...).
Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and communication abilities.
French and English speaker.
