Ready to shape the future of digital experiences?What you'll be doingIdentify, analyse, and translate business challenges into AI-driven solutionsCollect, clean, and preprocess data for analysis and modellingDesign, develop, and implement machine learning and Gen AI modelsIntegrate AI models into digital products, APIs, or automation workflowsBuild and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoringExperiment with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and LLM orchestration toolsEvaluate and optimise AI models for performance, scalability, and business impactEnsure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance with industry standardsCommunicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiencesStay up to date with the latest trends in AI, data science, and machine learningCollaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to deliver on business goalsSkills & qualifications3+ years of proven experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data scienceStrong command of Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, FastAPI, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud ML services)Experience with major cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP)Solid knowledge of data engineering and software engineering fundamentalsFamiliarity with LLMs, vector databases, and prompt design / orchestration frameworksExperience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib)Strong analytical mindset and ability to bridge technical and business needsExcellent communication and autonomy in problem-solvingFluent in FR or NL + strong command of EnglishA team-player attitude and a good sense of humor What Movify offersA growth path in AI and emerging technologiesAn agile and fast-paced environmentA culture of empowerment, openness, and autonomyRoom for personal and professional developmentA competitive packageA passionate and supportive team
