You act as the central point of contact between your team of testers and our customers, coordinating planning, execution, and continuous improvement.Core responsibilities:Lead and coordinate day‐to‐day test activities across ongoing and new projects, ensuring alignment with project stakeholders.Develop, implement, and maintain a tailored master test plan that reflects the client's context and objectives.Provide guidance, coaching, and best‐practice recommendations to testing teams, project stakeholders, and customers.Support presales activities by advising the Sales team within your domain of expertise.Collaborate with offshore and global teams to maintain consistent, high‐quality delivery across a distributed E‐commerce environment.Rapidly integrate into new environments and perform structured risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation.Your profileMust-havesMinimum of 5 years of experience in Test Coordination or Test Leadership.Strong expertise in Test Coordination and Functional Testing, with experience applying TMap Next techniques and improving test processes.Ability to maintain daily operational alignment with large teams (approximately 30 members) while collaborating effectively with multiple cross‐functional teams.Skilled in managing shifting priorities, planning workload, and rapidly switching between diverse topics.Proven experience working within globally distributed and offshore teams.Excellent English communication skills; Dutch is a strong plus.Ability to work onsite at least two days per week at the client's office in West Flanders.Nice-to-havesExperience coaching and developing testing teams, including supporting career progression and performance assessment.Strong customer‐oriented mindset that aligns with Sogeti's philosophy of establishing long‐term partnerships based on trust, quality, and service excellence.What You'll Like About Working HereAt Sogeti Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where you can work 70% from home, we also offer our Flex Abroad program.
