Your Mission

As an IBM i Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing applications running on the IBM i / AS400 platform. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to translate requirements into reliable, efficient and future-proof solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, maintain and enhance IBM i / AS400 applications
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot application issues and implement sustainable solutions
  • Contribute to application modernisation, automation and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with business users, developers, project managers and IT teams
  • Participate in planning sessions, team meetings and knowledge-sharing activities
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
  • Support users and colleagues through knowledge transfer and training
  • Explore new technologies and AI tools to improve development quality and efficiency

  • On-call / standby participation is mandatory
