Je krijgt ruimte om te experimenteren, te bouwen, te verbeteren — én om impact te hebben op producten die wereldwijd gebruikt worden.Jouw uitdagingJe denkt mee vanaf dag één: van ruwe schets tot afgewerkt product.Je vertaalt jouw inzichten en ideeën naar schetsen en 3D-modellen die de basis vormen voor onze volgende innovaties.Je gaat zelfstandig aan de slag om technische vraagstukken op te lossen, concepten te valideren en prototypes te optimaliseren tot productieniveau.Je werkt nooit alleen: collega-experts staan dichtbij je, klaar om te sparren, mee te denken of je te ondersteunen bij domeinen buiten je specialisatie.Je krijgt een unieke blik achter de schermen bij bijna alle afdelingen en kan rekenen op stevige kennis en ervaring uit onze rijke productgeschiedenis.Jouw profielJe herkent jezelf in het volgende — of je staat te popelen om hierin nog verder te groeien:Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting (bij voorkeur elektromechanica, productontwikkeling of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).Je hebt een eerste ervaring in de ontwikkeling van fijnmechanische producten; kennis van kunststofontwerp is mooi meegenomen.Je houdt van bouwen, testen, sleutelen en optimaliseren: jouw hands-on mentaliteit maakt het verschil.Je bent vertrouwd met productietechnieken.Je werkt met een 3D-ontwerppakket (liefst Creo) en haalt er het maximum uit.Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar teamwork, technische uitdagingen en variatie dagelijkse kost zijn.Je werkt planmatig, nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail.Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
