CI/CD Engineer – Reltio MDM

About the Role

We are looking for a CI/CD Engineer with experience in Reltio MDM to modernize and automate the deployment process. The current deployment approach is largely manual, resulting in lengthy release cycles. The successful candidate will design and implement a robust CI/CD framework to improve deployment speed, reliability, quality, and repeatability.

The role will focus on defining the deployment strategy, establishing a CI/CD maturity roadmap, and implementing automated quality and security gates using a Jenkins-based framework. The candidate will also work with source-control platforms such as Bitbucket/GitHub and integrate automated pre-deployment validation into the delivery pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for the Reltio MDM platform.
• Automate the currently manual deployment process to reduce release cycle time.
• Define an effective deployment strategy for Reltio MDM.
• Develop a CI/CD maturity roadmap and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Build and configure pipelines using a Jenkins-based framework.
• Integrate Bitbucket/GitHub for source-code and configuration management.
• Configure automated pre-deployment checks.
• Implement linting and code/configuration validation within CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate security checks and security quality gates.
• Implement static analysis as part of the deployment pipeline.
• Establish automated validation and quality gates before deployment.
• Improve deployment consistency, traceability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with development, data, and platform teams to understand deployment requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks in the existing release process and implement automation improvements.
• Establish best practices for CI/CD governance and pipeline management.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with Jenkins.
• Experience with Reltio MDM and its deployment processes.
• Experience with Bitbucket and/or GitHub.
• Experience automating deployment processes.
• Knowledge of pre-deployment validation and quality gates.
• Experience with linting, static analysis, and security checks in CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of deployment strategies and CI/CD maturity practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
