Joining Nalys means becoming part of a collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking team that values excellence, innovation, and continuous growth.Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager – Customer Focus, you will act as the primary point of contact for one of our key pharmaceutical partners located near Nivelles.Your mission is to ensure seamless project execution, strong client relationships, and effective coordination across internal teams. You will lead project teams, monitor progress, and guarantee that deliverables meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a strong ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.The Role & ResponsibilitiesServe as the main liaison between the client and internal teams throughout the project lifecycleLead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful deliveryEstablish and maintain regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignmentMonitor project timelines, budgets, and scope; identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesSupport the commercial team in preparing quotations and proposalsManage scope changes (scope creep) and ensure proper documentation and approvalOversee project lifecycle management and ensure compliance with internal project management standardsMotivate and guide project team members to achieve objectives effectively.Your ProfileYou hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fieldYou have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or CDMO environmentYou have strong organizational and leadership skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyYou are an excellent communicator and are able to build trust with clients and internal teamsYou are an expert in project management methodologies and risk management practicesYou communicate fluently in both English and French.The Recruitment ProcessBy applying to the position of "Project Manager – Customer Focus", here are the steps you will follow during the recruitment process :Olivia Braszko, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, will review your application and schedule a first screeningFor the second interview, you will meet our Technical Director for a deeper discussionA final interview will be held with our Business Unit Director, Jimmy Rousseaux.
