Engibex is een dynamisch Belgisch consultancy bedrijf, actief binnen engineering, en met een bijzondere focus op onderzoek en ontwikkeling. Met ons hoofdkwartier in Brussel, ontwikkelen we onze activiteiten op de Belgische markt. Engibex spitst zich toe op het oplossen van technische problemen voor klanten en partners door middel van project- of outsourcing van ingenieursactiviteiten.Om ons intern team in Brussel te versterken, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Business Manager. Dit is een ondernemende rol, waarbij je de unieke kans krijgt om binnen een bestaande structuur, een eigen business unit uit te bouwen. Job omschrijvingAls Business Manager zal je verantwoordelijk zijn om onze engineering activiteiten verder te ontwikkelen op de Belgische markt. Je kan hierbij beroep doen op ervaring en expertise binnen Engibex, en je krijgt tegelijkertijd autonomie over je eigen manier van aanpak :Opzetten en uitvoeren van een B2B sales strategie en bijhorende marktanalyseHet uitbouwen/onderhouden van bestaande relaties en acquisitie van nieuwe klantenVoorbereiden van tenders, voeren van commerciële onderhandelingenActief de nodige consultants aanwerven om je doelstellingen te voltooienLeiden nemen over je eigen team van consultants, people managementToezicht houden op de financiële status en rentabiliteit van de business unitCoachen en opleiden van een junior business developer ProfielJe hebt een Master in Engineering, Handelswetenschappen of ManagementJe hebt tussen 1 and 5 jaar beroepservaring in een gelijkaardige of commerciële functieJe bent Nederlandstalig en spreekt vloeiend Engels, Frans is een pluspuntJe hebt affiniteit en passie voor technologieJe bent praktijkgericht met een probleemoplossende houdingJe hebt een ondernemend karakter et zet graag uitdagende doelstellingen voor jezelf.
