Vulcain Engineering Belgium is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join its team in Wallonia.We are seeking a Site Supervisor with strong experience in electrical, piping, and infrastructural works to oversee on-site activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.ABOUT THE POSITION:Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for electrical, piping, and infrastructure worksEnsure work is carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, safety standards, and applicable codesMonitor progress and productivity, reporting any delays or issues to the project management teamLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers to ensure smooth project executionConduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets required standardsInterpret technical drawings and resolve any site-related discrepancies or challengesEnsure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines and company policiesMaintain accurate site records including work progress, equipment usage, material deliveries, and daily manpower logsAttend and lead site coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefingsAssist in planning work schedules, resource allocation, and procurement of materials and toolsProvide technical guidance and support to workers on-siteABOUT YOU:Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related fieldProven experience of 5+ years in a supervisory role in construction projects, especially involving electrical, piping, and infrastructure worksFamiliarity with construction tools, equipment, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)Must be willing to work on-site and adapt to project timelinesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specificationsGood communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in French and EnglishABOUT USVulcain Engineering is a group specialized in the energy sector that supports companies active in Renewable & Nuclear Energy, Gas & Infrastructure through our Study Offices and Consultancy services.
